Really appreciate the fact that they really called up to check on whether we had recd the delivery or not. As due to some reasons the same could not reach us, the gentleman was kind enough to call up and apolozise as well as the assurance given by him was really unexpected. Once again great customer relationship management. If some improvements can be made on the delivery channel that would be great.Other than that inclusion of cooking oil and ghee in the list is suggested.
