Shop online - You can shop online by following simple procedure:

    • Kindly, go to the Category (from Navigation Bar on Top - Pulses, Rice, Dry Fruits, Spices, Miscellaneous), select the particular item, click on the Weight of item to be select, click on "Add to Cart", click on "Checkout" if you wish to finish shopping, "proceed to final Checkout" and then enter the complete Shipping Information. You can download your Order from the Website after booking, you will also receive the Order/Invoice in your Mail-box. One of our representatives will get in touch with you for the order confirmation and we will proceed with your delivery and intimate confirmation of the same to you. How do I make payments?

Currently, we process payment through Cash On Delivery only. Payment through Bank Deposit is also acepted. You can contact us through Email if you wish to pay through Bank Deposit and needs to know account information. Payment through American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal is coming soon. For more details contact us customersupport@dilligrocery.com. We may accept Cheque payment as well but kindly contact us before.

Is there any Shipping charges involved?

Shipping over the order of Rs. 3,000/- is free within Delhi and NCR. However, there is Rs.50/- flat fee of Shipping charge for delivery of order less than Rs. 3,000/-.

What is the Delivery Time for the Online Order placed?

We normally deliver within 24 hours. In occasional cases Delivery may take upto 48 hours. Special consideration can be requested for, in case of urgent delivery. You can always track the order through Email/Phone by directly contacting us with your Order # (given on the Bill/Invoice).

How to find any particular item on Website?

You can either find the particular item from the respective categories (Pulses, Rice, Dry Fruits, Spices, Miscellaneous) or you can directly search on Search Tool Bar present above and look for required item. If you still do not find required grocery item then you can add that item in the message box during Checkout and we will provide that item along with rest of the order placed.

What is the return Policy?

The product can be returned within 15 days of the Purchase/Delivery only. Moreover, following condition needs to be fulfilled while returning product:

How is the items delivered?

All the items will be neatly packed and hand delivered by our special delivery team throughout Delhi and NCR Region. Special request through message box during checkout can be made for special packaging.

What if I have to cancel my order?

All orders placed can be cancelled if the cancel requests is placed within 4 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders can be cancelled through Email/Phone.

How to order items not on Online portal (Ghee, Cooking Oil etc)?

We do offer products like Cooking Oil, Ghee and other Grocery related items on Store (Ram Narain Prem Narain, 403-A Khar Baoli, Delhi-6). These items may not be listed on the Online portal and if you wish to purchase them then you have the facility of making a special request through our Optional Message Option during the Checkout. We will deliver these items along with rest of the Order but do not guarantee this service. We will let you know in any case if the request can be processed or not.

What if there has been a change in the recipient's address ?

You must inform us of this change at least 1 day before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.

Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage ?

We assure you of the Quality of the products and the products will match the images shown on the web page. However, actual product may vary in terms of color/display slightly in comparison to the web image.

What if ordered item is out of stock?

In case if an ordered item is not available for shipping or if it is out of stock, Dilligrocery.com would promptly inform the Customer by Phone/Email in that case.

What about the Privacy of my information ?

We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and contact information are collected only to complete your purchase with us. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of Special Festive Offers and Deals.
