This time your computer was down and manual billing was done. Item for Rs.90 was billed for Rs.900/- I had ordered for total value of order slightly over Rs.3000/- to save on delivery charges but your dispatcher / biller removed some items without informing / confirming from me and reduced value below Rs.3000 and charged delivery charges despite my complaint over phone. This is decline in service, and I could have been cheated if I had not noticed Rs.900 billing.
