1) I have ordered 15 kg Special Basmati Rice @ 160/= per kg. Supply Came as 5 Kg in normal packing and 10 Kg some branded rice which was carrying price of Rs. 1500/- per 10 Kg. How someone can sell items more than MRP? 2) Some handwriiten additional Rs. 50/= charged but not sure on which account. 3) Packing of Chana and one dal was broken.Overall highly disappointed and would not go next time and will not recommend anyone to go for purchasing from Dilligrocery.

1.Please label each item with item and quantity and s no. of item as on the bill. 2. See that the order/bill is read properly,I ordered filtered oil and you sent refined oil. 3.Ensure that some one tally's the items with the bill. I ordered sugar which was on the bill but not sent. Very Poor service standards.

We had submitted request for home delivery on 25-March-2014 but we have not yet received the delivery despite reminding 3 times on phone. Which service and delivery quality are you talking about ?????

Your website needs upgrade. I had lots of trouble because u accepted my order but there was no arrangement for credit card payment. Later there was no way to cancel the order too ! I was ambarassed in front of my dad who had to pay for his own gift !

The quality of product especially Badaam supplied was very poor. Although Packaging etc was fine, but unless quality is maintained, customers cannot be retained. I will not be ordering more products in view of Poor quality.

It is better you introduce credit card facility for online purchases for people like me wherein I receive at my office address, which makes me difficult for payment etc.,
