Dear Sir, I have for the first time purchased grocery online from your shop and must say the experience of placing the order and receiving has been seamless. No problems faced whatsoever. However, i have some observation to be make. First is about chuara which i have started to have. i must say the size and quality is good but out of 10 pieces, there are atleast 3 which are not good and are soiled. If there is need i can store them for yourself to see it. For walnuts i am satisfied, other dryfruits i am yet to use. Second i found the pulses a tad higher than what is being offered by Mangat ram. you pulses are atleast 10-15 rupees higher than them and i am yet to use them to see their quality.For Chuara i need you to resolve the issue.
